The SW & Electronics Platform Department within the SW & Electronics – Intelligent Drive organization manages technology areas such as SW and EE architecture, power architecture, OTA, SWDL, base technologies, diagnostics, vehicle mode management, network management, cybersecurity and system/functional safety. EE Platform & System Safety within SW & Electronics Platform is a Center of Expertise in EE and SW architecture, Power Architecture, Vehicle Mode Management, Network Management and System Safety in Zeekr and Geely Group. Our goal is to contribute to developing and delivering best-in-class safe and secure products and services. 

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the EE Platform and System Safety team. This includes people and budget responsibilities.
• Be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, strategies and tactics.
• Identify, acquire, nurture and retain critical skills and competencies.
• Secure deliveries with expected quality, timeline, cost and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, partners as well as other Geely/Zeekr brands, companies and colleagues in China.
• Manage continuous improvements in the way of working, tools and methods.

Is it You? 

• Experience and ability to lead change and lead in change.
• Firsthand experience working with state-of-the-art automotive EE architecture, Software and System/Functional Safety technologies, concepts and solutions.
• A great understanding of relevant industry best practices, global standards, and regulations, including emerging technologies. 
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical, Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent area or equivalent experience
• Can effectively and clearly communicate to teams, stakeholders and customers at all levels in English. Beneficial to have good communication skills in Mandarin.
• Ability to see the big picture, great prioritization skills and an agile mindset.
• The skill to eliminate roadblocks to deal with ambiguity and demanding conditions and to create a successful working climate in these situations.
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture.
• Flexibility to undertake business travel to China regularly.
