About This Opportunity

As a Product Owner for Information security, you will join the Digital Foundation department within the IT organization. We are on a journey, together as a global team, establishing ZEEKR in Europe and Globally with digital capabilities. The overall IT vision is to be an innovator, a transformative leader, and an enabler for reaching our business objectives.

The area of Digital Foundation consists of several product areas which are: Information security, Collaboration, Big Data, AI and Cloud & DevOps. As a product owner, you will lead one of the areas and the teams within.

Information security consists of below key areas:

• Information security – ISO27001 & NSIT
• Business continuity
• Risk management
• SOX compliance
• NIS2
• Security operations center
• IAM

What You Will Do

The product owner is responsible for identifying the customer needs and the larger business objectives that a product, feature, or area will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for a product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality.

• Lead and manage teams consisting of professionals; provide guidance, mentorship and ensure motivated and high-performing teams.
• Define & develop the vision and strategy for the product area in line with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to understand business needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Define performance indicators to measure success in the area and enable data-driven decision-making as well as continuous improvements.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the planned features and enhancements over time.
• Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and resource constraints.
• Ensure close cross-collaboration between enabling teams from different product areas globally.
• Clearly define and document product requirements, ensuring the team understands the goals and objectives.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, business teams, and internal IT teams, to gather input and build support for the product.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the business needs and pain points.

You will bring

We expect you to be the kind of person who thrives in an environment where not everything is set and a solution needs to be defined, prototyped, and implemented with an emphasis on automation, speed, and reliability. We believe that a DevOps approach and culture will be the key to success in the collaboration. 

We see that you have:

• 5+ Years of security leadership within both technical (Cyber sec) and process (infosec) related fields.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team of professionals with the ability to delegate tasks, set goals, and provide feedback and support.
• Experience working as a product manager or product owner within security area.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO27001, NIST frameworks and NIS2 directive.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Holistic view and capability to understand IT Services in a business context.
• A team mindset and an outgoing personality with the ability to guide and inspire others. The team is located in Gothenburg, Lindholmen but works with teams and stakeholders globally.
