As part of our team, you’ll work with a diverse team of engineers and creative minds from all over the world, delivering tomorrow’s electric mobility solutions today. You’ll play a key role in transforming raw vehicle data into actionable insights, ensuring our ADAS features meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance. Collaborate closely with IT, Cloud, and Legal teams to tackle the challenges of data governance and regulatory alignment in a fast-paced, inclusive and innovative environment.

What You'll Do

• Analyze large ADAS test, operation, and benchmark data sets (CAN, radar, camera, GPS).

• Compute and report on ADAS KPIs—disengagement rates, false positive/negative ratios, time to intervention, and more.

• Benchmark in-house results against industry standards (NHTSA, Euro NCAP, NDS) to identify improvement opportunities.

• Build automated dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and deliver validation and safety reports to stakeholders.

• Ensure all data flows and analytics comply with the EU Data Act, GDPR, and automotive safety standards.

• Collaborate with Cloud and IT teams to secure data storage, access, and governance.

• Lead data privacy impact assessments and communicate findings to engineering, product, and legal teams.

• Occasional travel for expeditions may be required.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

• 3–5 years’ experience analyzing large ADAS test-fleet or benchmark data sets.

• Hands-on experience with ROS bag data extraction, processing and visualization.

• Skilled in Azure or AWS data services (storage, IAM, encryption).

• Strong understanding of EU Data Act, GDPR, UN-R155, and ISO 26262 requirements.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

• Data-driven, compliance-focused, and able to communicate complex insights to cross-functional teams.
