Are you passionate about turning insights, innovation, and cross‑functional collaboration into products that move the world forward? Join us as a Product Manager and help define the next generation of intelligent, customer‑centric vehicles.

As part of our global product organization, you’ll collaborate with teams, uniting diverse perspectives into one coherent product direction. Your work will transform market signals, user needs, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements into a compelling product definition that guides each program from concept to launch.

You will play a central role in aligning domains such as Smart Cockpit, ADAS, EE, AI, and Vehicle Architecture, ensuring every product is strategically positioned, technically robust, and future‑ready.

What You'll Do

• Lead and orchestrate cross-functional activities across MSS, R&D, Strategy, and Design to deliver a unified Product Definition Report for each program.

• Integrate inputs from market insights, user research, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility to shape the overall product concept and positioning.

• Ensure alignment across domains—Smart Cockpit, ADAS, EE, AI, and Vehicle Architecture—to secure coherent product direction and product readiness.

• Conduct structured analysis and data-driven evaluation of customer needs, segment trends, and competitor strategies to guide product decisions.

• Support portfolio and lifecycle strategy through coordination of feature definition, content selection, and profitability assessment.

• Prepare and present clear proposals and documentation to management and project steering teams for milestone approvals and business reviews.

Core Activities and Deliverables

• Interface with program teams and MSS to secure requirement alignment and milestone readiness.

• Coordinate contributions across Market, Customer, and Product Evaluation streams.

• Manage the governance structure, templates, and quality standards for all PDR deliverables.

• Facilitate cross‑functional reviews and consolidate feedback for efficient decision‑making.

• Provide consistent and outcome‑oriented reporting to PMC and HQ.

• Key deliverables: Product definition reports, governance decks & decision logs, roadmaps & milestone trackers, final product definition report

Who You are

• Experienced Product Manager or Product Definition Lead within the automotive industry, ideally with exposure to European and global markets.

• Skilled at coordinating multi‑domain teams and translating diverse technical, business, and market signals into a unified product narrative.

• Strong understanding of product planning principles: market analysis, benchmarking, competitive assessment, and content‑to‑cost structuring.

• Proficient with analytical tools such as Excel, BI platforms, and quantitative modeling to support data‑driven recommendations.

• Excellent communicator able to synthesize complex topics and influence senior stakeholders across multiple regions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or similar field.
